Head Trainer

Charley White is a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping clients of all ages and fitness levels build stronger, healthier lives. As a functional training specialist, Charley focuses on practical, movement-based exercises that improve strength, mobility, and long-term well-being.

Whether your goals are to build muscle, lose weight, improve athleticism, or just feel better, he has you covered. Charley holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, is a NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and is an

ACE-certified nutrition coach.
